📝 Parents who wish to withdraw their child from the school are requested to submit a Transfer Certificate (TC) application through the school portal or administration office.

📝 The TC application should be submitted within the specified timeline mentioned in the school policy or official circulars.

📝 For transfers to another school within the same emirate/city, parents may be required to submit supporting documents or a No Objection Certificate from the receiving school.

📝 The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all outstanding school fees and other dues, including transportation fees, have been cleared.

📝 For transfers during the academic year, the TC will be processed based on the requested withdrawal date and subject to school and regulatory authority requirements.

📝 Promotional Transfer Certificates issued at the end of the academic year will be processed after the completion of final academic procedures and approval from the relevant education authority.

📝 Verbal requests for student withdrawal will not be accepted. All requests must be submitted officially through the designated school portal, application form, or registered email address.

📝 The school reserves the right to initiate withdrawal procedures in accordance with school policies in cases such as:

• Disciplinary concerns
• Unsatisfactory academic progress
• Prolonged absence without prior permission
• Non-compliance with school policies or fee regulations
